The ladders are manufactured by using normal structural steel or stainless steels. Designing the ladders happens parametrically in a 3D environment which enables fast and cost-effective production of working drawings. All ladders are equipped with a gate spring at the top and rounded handrails. Moreover, a fall-preventing cage can be added to the ladders. Steps from perforated steel are used to guarantee slip protection.

Thanks to our experience with large working platform deliveries we have the aptitude to design and produce other steel structures. Steel structures can be produced using either the client’s drawings or our own design.

Stairs can be manufactured either of aluminium or steel with steps made of grate, perforated plate or tear plate. Railing is determined in accordance with the subject and its requirements.

Stairs are designed parametrically in a 3D environment. The starting point of a delivery can be the client’s drawing, a preliminary measuring picture or measuring made at the site.

Premekon has developed an effective standard structure for the stair towers, which allows all connections made at the installation site to be bolted joints.

Designing a stair tower is efficient thanks to pre-built models. The design process can be started from the client’s layout images or on-site measuring, whereupon details about the height and the locations of connections and possible limiting factors are enough for a starting point.
