Machine Safety
Machine safety products are used to ensure safe movement on industrial access platforms, which are placed adjacent to large machines such as cardboard machines. Various types of guardrails prevent limbs from getting caught in hazardous areas, such as between nip points or rollers. Spring-loaded safety gates or dual-action gates prevent people from falling or stumbling when moving on ladders or stairs. Machine safety products can be manufactured and constructed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the use of electric locks and the mesh size of wire fences.
Safety Gates

The most important purpose of these gates is to ensure safety and prevent falls from places where railings cannot be used. Safety gates are often located at the top of ladders or stairs.
Premekon’s safety gates come in both lockable and spring-loaded varieties. We offer three models: spring-loaded self-closing gates, dual-action gates that can be locked open or closed and length-adjustable telescopic gates. Telescopic gates are ideal for locations like the raisable service platforms attached to paper and card machines, where they can be effectively used to prevent falls.
Our gates are made of acid-proof steel, stainless steel and painted or hot-dip galvanized structural steel. Safety gates can be used to make walkways in industrial spaces safe around areas like machines and properties.

Guard Rails

Spaces where guard rails are used include access routes that are especially high above the floor and environments that have rotating mechanisms or draw-in hazards. Guard rails come in a wider variety of shapes than normal railings. They may be raised, closed or have a large number of mid rails. Rails that are in line with standards are essential when you need to ensure machine safety.
